Planet+ Launches in Singapore with Singapore Management University
Singapore Management University (SMU) held the Planet+ Launch Salon on September 8, 2026, bringing together academic and education leaders to explore how climate education needs to evolve—and what it will take to prepare young people to navigate increasingly complex challenges.
Planet+ Executive Director Cassie Xu was joined by Lisa Sachs, Director of the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (CCSI); Perrine Toledano of CCSI; Professor Elvin Lim, Founding Dean of the College of Integrative Studies at SMU; and Professor Alan Chan, Provost at SMU, for a thoughtful conversation on the future of climate education and the importance of preparing students to think across disciplines.
